prepare your reference images in advance in a neat/organized way (i should NOT have to frankenstein a design from multiple separate images myself). failure in doing so after a warning will potentially cause your order to be pushed to the bottom of the queue/cancelled

there are 3 stages to the commission progress; 1) base sketch 2) lineart 3) flat color/shading

payment is due during stage 2(lineart) i will notify you of such

after stage 1 is approved by you, i will NOT be taking anymore changes and any late MAJOR changes will result in a FEE depending on how big the change is. so please make sure everything in the sketch phase is to your liking
